Membership Questions
To update your mailing address, you can log into GHIN.com or the USGA GHIN mobile app and view your Profile. This can be found under the "More" tab.
To update your email address, you will need to contact your club directly or membership@wagolf.org.

From there, you can choose which membership type you would like. The memberships for adults are Regular and Associate.
If you want to join a new club and/or golf association, you will need to do so using your existing GHIN number. However, it is important to note that your WA Golf membership is non-transferrable. You will need to pay the full membership rate with each club that you join.
Not every club participates in the WA Golf Online Join & Renew program. If you don't see your club listed, please reach out directly to your club's point of contact.
Washington Golf memberships are not transferrable from one club to another. If you would like to renew your membership with a specific club, you will need to reach out directly to the club to sign up.
Please contact us at Washington Golf to request a merge of your multiple GHIN numbers. When reaching out, please let us know the preferred GHIN number that you would like to keep using. Merging records combines the score posting history on both records and is fully displayed on the GHIN record after the merge.

Not all clubs participate in the WA Golf Online Join/Renew program. If your preferred club is not listed on our website, you will need to reach out directly to the club to sign up. You can also suggest to your club that they participate in the Online Join/Renew program. We can easily get your club signed up for that program.
If you did not receive a confirmation email after renewing your membership online, it is possible that your email was entered incorrectly when going through the signup process. Please check your bank statement before attempting to sign up again. If the payment successfully processed, please reach out to membership@wagolf.org to verify that the membership activation successfully processed.
You must pay the full membership dues for each club that you are on a GHIN roster for. Those membership dues are more than just a GHIN Handicap fee. It is a WA Golf membership that provides many benefits and services to individual members, member clubs, and golf facilities.
You are required to pay the WA Golf dues at each club that you are active on their GHIN roster. The WA Golf dues is NOT just a GHIN Handicap fee. It is a WA Golf membership that provides many benefits and services to individual members, member clubs, and golf facilities. It allows us to provide administrative support and training to your club on handicapping, membership, and Golf Genius tournament software. Furthermore, it allows us to provide Course Rating services to golf facilities, administer championships and USGA qualifiers, support junior golf, lobbyist efforts, and many other good for the game initiatives to protect the health of the game.
During the current year, if you are active on more than one club's WA Golf rosters, you are eligible to participate in the WA Golf Multi-Member Rebate program where WA Golf members receive a $10 rebate for each additional WA Golf membership beyond the first. We recognize, occasionally clubs offer a non-GHIN (social) membership which does not include the WA Golf dues. WA Golf does not recognize that membership type and is not eligible for the WA Golf Multi-Member Rebate.
