Entry Fee: $400 per team

Entry Includes: One hosted practice round, two rounds of competition, tee gift, range balls, hosted lunch, crystal awards for top finishers and a merchandise payout.

Entry Deadline: April 22, 2024 at 12:00 p.m.

Eligibility: Entries are open to sides of female amateur golfers who: (1) have an up-to-date USGA Handicap Index issued by a WA Golf member club not exceeding 40.4, and (2) are members in good standing of a WA Golf member club.

Age: No age requirements

Field Limit: Field will be limited to the first 60 qualified sides. Entries will be accepted according to the time of receipt of entry and entry fee in addition to exempt players.

Schedule: 36-hole four-ball stroke play (gross and net). In the event of a tie, the winner will be decided immediately by a hole-by-hole playoff.

Handicaps: Players will receive 85% of their playing handicap for net scoring. The maximum allowable playing handicap per player is 36. Players above this will be reduced to meet this requirement.

Practice Round: All players will be allowed one complimentary practice round prior to the championship. Information regarding the scheduling of practice rounds will be distributed to players after the entry deadline. Players may not schedule a complimentary practice round until entries have closed and the field is set.

Caddies: A player may provide her own caddie. Host club caddies will not be available.

Carts: Players may ride in a golf cart. Cart fees are $50 per team/day. Fees will be collected during registration.

Exempt Players: Champions of the 2023 Washington Women’s Four-Ball, Shelley Metcalf and Grace Metcalf

Exemptions: Champions earn an exemption into the following events:

  • 2025 Washington Women’s Champion of Champions
  • 2025 Washington Women’s Four-Ball Championship

Women’s Referral Program: Anyone who played in a WA Golf Women’s Championship in 2022 or 2023 is eligible to receive a $25 rebate by inviting a new player. New players (must not have played in the WA Golf Championship they are registering for in or 2022, or 2023) who register will also receive the $25 rebate. New players should indicate the player that referred them during the online registration process. Rebates are limited to one per person, per championship.

All rebates will be issued in the form of a $25 merchandise certificate redeemable in the host club golf shop. Rebates will be distributed during player registration at each championship.
