WA Golf Youth on Course – Member Code of Conduct

Before signing up for a WA Golf Youth on Course membership, you must read and agree to the following code of conduct.

Washington Golf Youth on Course is proud to partner with participating golf courses that elect to welcome our members. Participation is voluntary for these facilities, so it’s vital that all Youth on Course members show respect and appreciation to the course staff and property.

As a Youth on Course member, you represent yourself, your family, and the entire Youth on Course community. Please help us maintain a respectful, responsible, and enjoyable environment for everyone.

Member Expectations

  • Show your digital membership card at check-in.
  • Members 16 and older must also show proof of age (driver’s license or student ID).
  • Be respectful to course staff, other players, and the facility.
  • Follow course rules — including dress code, booking policies, and available Youth on Course tee times.
  • Respect the course — repair ball marks, replace divots, rake bunkers, and leave the course better than you found it.
  • Golf cart use is not included in the Youth on Course rate. Members may only rent carts if accompanied by an adult. If you are unaccompanied and choose to rent a cart, you must pay the standard rate for the round.
  • Do not share your membership or use it for group/team play.
  • Cancel tee times responsibly by notifying the course if your plans change.

Disciplinary Actions

Violations are reviewed by WA Golf and the golf facility. Consequences may include:

  • Verbal warning or coaching
  • Suspension or loss of membership
  • Contacting authorities (in severe cases)

Examples include falsifying age, damaging property, disrespecting staff, or misusing your membership privileges.
