This is the first tournament in our Winter Series. This is an 18-hole SHAMBLE format: All four players hit their tee shots. Select the best tee shot of the four and all players then play their own ball from that point into the hole. Team score is the TWO best balls on each hole. Record all four players’ scores on scorecard and in Golf Genius. If a player’s score won’t be one of the two best on a hole, pick up for pace of play. Team must use at least FOUR tee shots from each player. Men will tee off from the gold tees, women will tee off from the Copper (front) Tees. Preferred Lies: Shots must be played within one club length in the fairway and within 6” in the rough. If there is any question about if the ball is in the rough or not, the ball shall be deemed to be in the rough. Apply normal relief from any other obstructions or hazards. The area to the left of the 10th hole is deemed in play and any ball hit into that area that is not found should be treated as a lost ball
If you hit your tee shot into that area, players should play a provisional ball from the tee box before proceeding
