Team Size: Four Players – *Please note that a valid USGA/WHS handicap needs to be used. If neither player has one then they will play to a handicap index of 0.

Format: One Gross/One Net

Deadline: End of day Monday, December 8th Entry Fee (per player): $120 which includes the following listed below.
