Rules Question of the Week - July 16, 2020

In individual stroke play, a player leaves the course during the round, watches television in the clubhouse for an hour, and then returns to the course. What is the ruling?

  1. No penalty
  2. Two-stroke penalty
  3. Disqualification (CORRECT)
