Shane Prante looks to defend his title at Washington Open Invitational

With the 2020 Washington Open Invitational being delayed this year because of COVID, Shane Prante talks about keeping his game in shape to defend his title.

Shane oversees The Home Course’s lessons, clinics, and junior programs, which are held throughout the year. He turned professional in 2007.

He has seven regional titles to his name, and in 2017 won the Northwest Open Invitational (for the third time) and the Washington State Assistants Championship. Most recently, he won the 2019 Washington Open. In 2016, Shane was named the Western Washington Chapter PGA Player of the Year.

Shane played on the Saint Martin’s University men’s golf team in Lacey, Wash., where he was the No. 1-ranked NCAA Division II player from 2004-2006.
