Dale Jackson, a longtime member of the PNGA Board of Directors from Royal Colwood in Victoria, B.C., is serving as a referee in the golf competition of the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio. He will be posting a blog about his experiences this week. Dale is chairman of the Rules Committee for Golf Canada, and works closely with the USGA and the Royal & Ancient in reviewing and protecting the Rules of Golf in Canada and worldwide.
