Ladies Links League season concludes at The Home Course

DuPont, Wash. - On The Final Day of the Ladies Links League held at The Home Course, Renae and Tami Brigman of The Home Course Women’s club (DuPont) shot a net round of 64 to win Flight 1, while Angie Andrew and Karlene Clapp of Three Lakes Golf Course (Malaga) shot a net round of 66 to win Flight 2.   As for the season-long points race, it was won by Audrey Johnson and Jennifer Cushion of Mount Si Golf Course (Snoqualmie), with a 537.50-point total through six tournaments.   Links:

Today’s round saw foggy morning conditions that quickly cleared into a mostly sunny late morning and afternoon, altogether adding up to an enjoyable day out for the 19 teams.   Christy Cooke and Jan Stover finished as runners-up for Flight 1, with Lori Bucher and Casey Harvey reaching that distinction for Flight 2.   To be eligible to participate in this Final Day, each qualifying team must have played in at least three monthly challenges. The teams that meet the three monthly challenge requirement and have the higher total points are eligible to participate.
