The University of Washington just landed the Royal & Ancient’s 51st ranked amateur in the world, Cheng-Tsung Pan of Bradenton, Fla., he signed with UW, November 10. Pan’s ties to the Northwest run deep having played in the 2009 Western Swing (Sahalee Players Championship and PNGA Men’s Amateur) and the 2010 US Amateur at ChambersBay.
