The Washington State Women’s Public Links Association (WSWPLA) held their 85th Championship in July at Allenmore GC in Tacoma.
The overall champion was Tina Papatolis from Maplewood GC (Renton), and runner-up was Susan Craven from Harbour Pointe. First place in Flight 1 was Patty Myers, second in Flight 1 was Karen Madison, and third in Flight 1 was Carrie Jacobson.
First held in 1933, this year’s WSWPLA Championship was a three-day event, which along with the competition included skills challenges, horse race and awards ceremony. Visit www.wswpla.com for complete information.
