Eligibility: Entries are open to amateur golfers who: (a) are members in good standing of a WA Golf member club; (b) meet the age requirements, and (c) have an active GHIN number and USGA Handicap Index, issued by a WA Golf member club, not exceeding 12.4 at the time of entry.
Age: Super Senior Championship entrants must be 65 years of age or older by September 24, 2019.
Handicap Limit: 12.4
Format: 54-hole Individual Stroke Play Competition (gross only). The Senior Amateur and Super Senior Amateur Championships will be run concurrently from a separate set of tees. In the event of a tie for the gross championship, the winner will be decided immediately by a hole-by-hole playoff.
Field Limit: Each field will be comprised of the lowest USGA Handicap Indexes at the close of entry, in addition to exemptions, listed on the back of this form. The field limit is 60 for the Senior Men’s Amateur and 30 for the Super Senior Men’s Amateur. Since both championships will run concurrently, WA Golf reserves the right to increase either field limit to reach a full field of 90.
Entry Fee: $205
Cart Fee: $45 per rider. Includes all three rounds and must be paid during registration. Spectator carts will not be permitted.
Entry Deadline: September 3, 2019 at 4:30 p.m. (PDT)
